Errors Opening/Saving Document Manager files in XP O/S with Office 2007
When using an Office 2007 application (such as Word or Excel) to open or save a file in the vault, the following error message is displayed: Z:\My Vault\test.doc is currently in use try again later.
This is a known issue with some versions of ETS (see note below). A permanent resolution will be made available, however until released the following technique can be used to allow access to the vault.
Drag the file out of the vault, make changes, return file to vault by dragging.
