4.4.3 Preboot Manager Advanced Settings
Windows Login/Single Sign-on:
This tab (see Figure 4.27) allows the administrator to configure the Embassy Security Center so that if the Preboot Authentication type matches Windows Login authentication type, the Windows Login or Domain Login step will be bypassed. For example, if the Preboot Manager is set to use a smart card and the user also logs into Windows using a smart card, then the Windows signon will be bypassed. Or, if the Preboot Manager is set to use a fingerprint, and the user also logs into Windows using a fingerprint, then the Windows signon will be bypassed. This tab also allows the administrator to select whether to store a Windows Logon Password or PKI Certificate for use with Automatic Logon. Please refer to the Enable Secure Windows Login section for more information on how to set up Windows Login using a smart card or fingerprint.
