Document Manager Blue Screens in Clients with Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10.1 Software Installed

Problem:

This blue screen occurs only in client computers that have Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition Version 10.1 software installed.

Solution:

According to Symantec, they have resolved this problem in their latest release of Symantec Corporate Edition Antivirus Version 10.2 (Vista only release), if using Windows XP customer needs to upgrade to Symantec Endpoint Protection which is a new product from Symantec that is replacing Corporate Edition of AV.
