Missing or Unaccepted License Activation Code
Problem:
User is missing their license activation code or their license activation code was not accepted when attempting to activate Wave EMBASSY Trust Suite or Dell EMBASSY Trust Suite.During installation of Wave ETS 6.0 (and above) or Dell ETS 3.0 (and above) you will be prompted for a license activation code which will be cross-referenced with your order number through the Wave website in order to fully activate the software.
Solution:
The license activation code should be supplied with the purchased product, and will be accepted for only one installation per package. You have 10 days in which to supply this activation code, after which the EMBASSY Trust Suite will no longer run. If you did not receive a license activation code with your purchased software, please contact the vendor from which you purchased the product for your license activation code.If the code supplied on the software is entered and either it is not accepted or you are repeatedly requested to enter the code, please contact Wave Customer Support via the following support form: http://www.wave.com/support/request
Note: Dell, Intel, Gateway and other OEM hardware bundled with versions of EMBASSY Trust Suite (EMBASSY Lite Version) should not prompt for a license activation code during installation. In the event that you are prompted, please contact your respective OEM for assistance to ensure that the correct product is being installed.
